Course and fly fishing is available, fishing for salmon, carp and trout on a choice of lakes or river. A full rod licence is required for this activity.
Our on site gymnasium 'Shapes Gym' offers pay as you go sessions with free consultation and free membership. Fully qualified professional instruction we offer personalised work out programmes that progress as you do to groups and individuals. Open 'till late.
